The NIBS AGM always concludes the NIBS Conference and will be held this year on Thursday, 11 May, 2023, in Daejeon, Republic of Korea, the location for our conference. If you are not able to join the conference but would like to see the papers please contact us on newsletter@nibsweb.org.

- Approve the Annual Account (book-keeping) of 2022
- Approve the budget of 2023
- Approve the proposed amended NIBS by-laws which fulfill legal obligations required under Belgium law. An English version of the amended by-laws can be found via this link, Proposed amended articles of associations 2023 posted, 11 April 2023.
- Grant the discharge of the Board of Directors
